You will serve as a Management & Program Assistant in the Department if the Navy of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Monitoring annual defense travel budget; 2). Ensuring travel requests and vouchers are submitted with all required supporting documentation and entitlements. 3.) Conducting studies and projects to identify questionable or suspect activity i.e., misuse or abuse of Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program policy. 4.) Implementing approved new and/or existing processes and methods to improve day-to-day operations. 5.) Coordinating all required records management actions for correspondence files; 6.) Responding to customer inquiries for information or guidance. 7. Advising customers on eligibility requirements for personnel actions and various Navy programs.
