                You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the FST Site Lead, FST Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.            
            
                
Job Description
                Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability to provide mission alignment and technical supervision to personnel on issues relating to technical publication processes through all phases of Navy weapon systems' life cycles, including initial design and development, test & evaluation, and fielding & sustainment. 2) Ability to interface with leadership throughout the NAVAIR and COMFRC communities to identify and resolve technical or personnel issues. 3) Ability to interpret and develop International Program Office technical data management policies, methods and processes consistent with the overall objectives of COMFRC FST HQ Technical Data Management and the Naval Air Systems Command. 4) Knowledge of budget formulation and execution. 5) Experience in evaluating performance of individuals and teams, and determine adequacy of skills, training and supporting resources.
