Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the N8 Department of CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-10 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing operations support and services in the oversight and operation of the Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) process, procurement and contact administration related to credit card policies, practices and procedures, obligation of funds, accounting, bill paying liquidation, and disputes; 2) Establishing, terminating, making changes to cardholder accounts, ensuring account profiles are correct, monitoring purchase card usage to ensure compliance and training with all program rules and regulations; 3) Utilizing oral and written communications for development of presentations, generating reports on purchase card activity, and initiating appropriate action as required; 4) Maintaining required property records; preparing inventory plans, conducting required inventories, and submitting required property reports to higher authority.
