Job Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OFFICE (N1), BUSINESS MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT OPERATIONS OFFICE (N13) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
Job Description
To qualify for the MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-12, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience in the performance of complex analytical, managerial and administrative responsibilities in guiding command programs and functions. Experience with command structure, missions, operating programs, business processes and organizational relationships and interrelationships. Experience with budget process, Budget End-strength Submission (BES). Experience with personnel and manpower management and its applicability to manpower management. Experience with Human Resources Manager System (HRMS), Access, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience preparing and presenting ideas, findings, problems, solutions and recommendations regarding budgetary manpower.
