Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY ASSISTANCE SPECIALIST in the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development & Acquisition) of NIPO FMS FIELD OFFICE.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to provide representation on organizational and program matters/issues to all levels of interest both internal and external to the organization; Ability to design and implement security assistance programs which support mission requirements and customer needs, and to formulate goals, plans, and methods of evaluation; Expert knowledge of Congressional, State, OSD, and Navy policies with regard to Foreign Military Sales (FMS), leases, grants, and weapons transfer initiatives under the Security Assistance program. knowledge of the development, implementation, and management of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA's).
