Job Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the N5 STRATEGY AND FUTURE REQUIREMENTS DIVISION of COMNAVREGSW SDIEGO. The salary range for positions filled at the GS-11 is $84,462 to $109,795. The salary range for positions filled at the GS-12 is $101,234 to $131,610.

Job Description

Qualifications for GS-12 level:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serves as technical advisor to program managers/directors on business performance tools and processes; 2) Prepares reports and briefs for senior leadership on findings and recommendations; 3) analyzes financial and budget information to determine program effectiveness; and 4) identifies and gathers data for process improvement. NOTE: This experience must be supported by your resume. Qualifications for GS-11 level: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzes program performance data to identify issues, make recommendations for improvement, and drive innovative solutions. 2) Analyzes and interprets complex intricacies involved in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of program management and planning, as well as resource management. 3) Analyzes resource program effectiveness and develops recommendation for Senior Leadership. 4) Develops and recommends changes to measure program accomplishments, results or effectiveness. 5) Provides on-going review and financial/budget analysis to the Program Manager to ensure completion of mission requirements; 6) Formulates and recommends new or modified program administrative policies, procedures, and regulations.
