Job Summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Human Capital Branch, Financial Management Administrative Division, within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Financial Management and Comptroller) (ASN (FM&C)) of ASN.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience creating detailed plans, schedules, risk management strategies to meet program goals. Generate, recommend, and implement new and revised internal controls, policies in support of command programs. Provide recommendations for the development of a comprehensive plan to ensure fulfillment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-15 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading large scale, challenging program initiatives ensuring alignment with agency mission and goals. Developing and implementing organizational policies and procedures to ensure complance with agency regulations. Managing Human Capital projects with defined goals and targets. Provide recommendations for the development of a comprehensive plan to ensure fullfillment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
