You will serve as a Security Specialist in the Mission Support Division, Code 123100 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5/10) or pay band (NO-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1) Managing a comprehensive security program utilizing knowledge of Information, Physical, Personnel, and Industrial security programs; 2) Analyzing and applying processes and methods relating to designated security requirements to assist with the control and maintenance of classified material records; 3) Ensuring Information Security compliance utilizing demonstrated knowledge of proper storage, marking, accountability and safeguard of Controlled Unclassified Information and National Security Information; and 4) Researching and providing guidance to inquiries relating to Information Security.
