You will serve as a FIRE PROTECTION INSPECTOR in the Fire and Emergency Services Department of NAVAL STATION ROTA.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting fire prevention instructions, regulations and procedures to manage all phases of the department's fire prevention program; 2) Developing public fire and life safety training programs; and 3) Conducting inspections. This position requires the employee to work under adverse environmental conditions and falls under the respiratory protection program and hearing conservation program. Position requires the ability to discern colors, contrast, and depth. Incumbent must obtain and maintain valid United States and Government vehicle operator's licenses and current EVOC certification.
