Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing maintenance operations (e.g., technical, equipment, cost, innovation funding) to develop strategies or provide guidance on ship construction or maintenance programs in order to improve organizational effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
