You will serve as an Assistant Airfield Manager in the Air Operations Management Division ofNAVSTA GTMO .
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Planning and overseeing airfield operations (i.e. multiple runways/helipads, different aircraft types, varying customer requirements, and auxiliary/outlying landing fields); 2) Initiating and coordinating all airfield construction and maintenance projects; 3) Providing information for funding/budget requirements for airfield operations; 4) Overseeing airfield security regulations, safety requirements and procedures to ensure all construction, repairs and operations on the airfield are performed in a safe and secure environment.
