You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the International Programs Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Job Description

GS 11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. I have knowledge of performing logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support a specified mission, weapons system, or other designated program. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing data to support readiness and sustainability objectives for international customers within the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Department; 2) Verifying the accuracy of the logistics and financial data within management systems; 3) Reviewing end products to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data; 4) Developing yearly budgetary requirements for case funding of Repair of Repairables (RoR) management services for department leadership. GS 12: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. I have the knowledge of policies, procedures, and techniques of supply planning and inventory management as well as, and international partner supply systems and sources to develop and manage Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Maritime Repair of Repairables (RoR) requirements. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing Integrated Product Support (IPS) data to support readiness and sustainability objectives for international customers; 2) Supporting international partners for the accuracy of the logistics and financial data within the (RoR) web-based management systems known as WebRoR; 3) Developing the Repairable Items List (RIL) and reviewing the end product to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data; 4) Negotiate funding changes and developing fiscal year budgetary requirements for case funding of RoR management services to the Program Management Branch Head and respective case managers based on projected workload.
