You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the BUSINESS AND FINANCIAL DIVISION of NAVAL UNDERSEA WARFARE CENTER, DIVISION KEYPORT, WASHINGTON (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).

For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing financial and program data for department programs and or projects to develop recommendations and resolve complex issues; providing advice to improve efficiency and effectiveness. For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing financial and data for department programs or projects to develop plans and resolve issues.
