You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Energetics Manufacturing Department (M) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-02 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-05/GS-08. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-09/10. FPL NT-04 is equivalent to GS-11/12. Job Description

FOR NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical engineering procedures, reading, interpreting, or applying technical drawings, diagrams, or specifications to perform technical engineering work (e.g., safe handling and production of liquid nitrate esters, safe handling and production of acids and bases; design; quality; or adaptation of production systems and equipment) in support of manufacturing energetic chemicals, materials or related systems for an organization. FOR NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-01 (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, or specifications to assist technical engineering work (e.g., design; quality; or adaptation of production systems and equipment) for an organization.
