Job Summary
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Comptroller Department of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.
Job Description
FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing budgetary or accounting data, tracking funds for special programs, or processing actions pertaining to payroll, cash control or benefit systems, to ensure any changes in program plans contribute to a cost effective and timely use of funds. FOR GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing automated financial systems to locate, compile, analyze, and summarize accounting, budgetary, or financial data to assist with budgetary or cost estimation formulation and preparation of financial summaries.
