You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
Job Description
Your resume will demonstrate one year of Management & Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 or pay band in the federal service, or, equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge and skill necessary to apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods to the design and conduct of human capital and personnel readiness. Specialized experience must include comprehensive knowledge and experience of data collection and reporting, analytical and evaluative methods specifically relating to human capital or total force analytics. Resume must demonstrate a majority of the following specialized experience include: 1) Conduct studies and analysis focused on problems that fall under the domains of human capital analytics, personnel readiness, and corporate operations; 2) Assess human capital, personnel readiness, or corporate operations initiatives by calculating the business impact and its return on investment; 3) Identify metrics to be included in major pillars of personnel readiness such as recruit, train, and retain; 4) Conduct extensive research, in-depth analysis, and integrate data from numerous sources; and 5) Conduct policy reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and practices and/or recommend proposals to change policy.
