Job Summary
You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNITY PLANNER/ENGINEER/ ARCHITECT in the CORE Planning, Design and Construction Directorate of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Job Description
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying skills to unique requirements within the variety of Shore Facility Planning Systems; 2) Analyzing engineering, management, and economic data to formulate appropriate alternative and identification of benefits/liabilities; 3) Applying a wide range of engineer, architectural or planning principles and concepts; and 4) Ensuring execution components utilize the established processes and electronic tools to ensure efficient delivery of planning services and accurate collection of Asset Management metrics.
