Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (COST ADVOCATE) in the Operations Department (Code 300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Job Description
For the GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying qualitative and quantitative analytical and evaluative techniques to conduct studies of project cost performance; analyzing cost performance data (labor and material expenditures, work progress); and recommending solutions to cost overruns. For the GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying analytical and evaluative method and techniques to collect, extract, analyze, and present project cost performance data designed to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
