FOR GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the duties of a management analyst. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1)Applying administrative and management policies, practices and procedures; qualitative and quantitative techniques to support various program management operations to include travel, payroll, travel card and related systems; 2)Providing customer support and management controls in areas such as Civilian Payroll, Time Management, Organization Management, Personnel Administration, ERP User Management, Staffing Management/Execution, Government Commercial Purchase Card, Government Travel Charge Card, and Defense Travel System Program Management; 3) Participating in the review and updates of enterprise wide procedures in support of efficient operations; and 4) Participating in data analytics to identify trends and recommend corrective action to improve overall program success.
