You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE of Commanding and Executive Officer Financial Management of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. Job Description

For the GS-11/12 vacancy: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as the technical advisor on financial matters to advise managers/program analysts on corrective measures; analyzing, review, and approval process of Obligation Authority requests per federal guidelines, policy, and regulations; utilizing financial management systems to extract data (e.g. fund sources, contracts) necessary to provide feedback to managers, program analysts, and internal/external customers.
