Job Summary

You will serve as a ARCHITECT in the Capital Improvements of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) and Non-Foreign Post Differential (NFPD) currently set at 11.88% and 13.12%, respectively. COLA and NFPD are subject to change without notice.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing architectural programing, space planning, concept design, development, construction and maintenance of various types of facilities for complex projects.
