Job Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Talent Management Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a mastery knowledge of workforce management, position management, and civilian payroll. I have experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of an organizations administrative programs to make recommendations to improve existing metrics and facilitate resource management improvements. I have experience utilizing team building/leadership skills to provide advice, coordination and communication between various organization units to ensure workforce management, financial accountability and supply program effectiveness. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Experience with operational organizational management, workforce and financial strategic/operational planning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP); 2) Have a mastery knowledge of understanding of the nature of organizational development and structure, manpower justification, fiscal programming, and budget cycle; 3) Having the ability to provide input to leadership development and assessments and 4) Perform work involving employee evaluations, assigning workload, setting short and long term goals and overall scheduling completion of work.
