You will serve as a FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Operations Technology of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost-of-Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 11.88%. COLA is subject to change without notice.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector diagnosing and resolving complex building maintenance and repair issues; proficient in maintenance, repair, and construction practices; able to interpret contract plans and specifications and recommend cost-effective solutions.
