Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate: At the DA-04 Level: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09/10) or pay band (DA-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Program Analyst. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Independently Coordinating & Participating in a source selection or leading a technical evaluation; (2) Performing work related to the acquisition process, requirements definition, development of SOWs, IGCEs, and other acquisition documentation; (3) Performing work related to source selection and/or technical evaluations; and (4) Utilizing contract surveillance. At the DA-03 Level: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05-08) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Program Analyst. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Coordinating & Participating in a source selection or leading a technical evaluation; (2) Performing work related to the acquisition process and various contracting solutions; and (3) Performing work related to risk management, demonstrating leadership abilities, including conflict management and resolution, critical thinking, communication, and delegation.
