Job Summary
You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of the NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND.
Job Description
I have one year of Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing comprehensive, detailed knowledge and understanding of budgetary policies, precedents, procedures, and regulations as they relate to planning and executing General Fund and Navy Working Capital Funds. I have experience applying the knowledge of policies, precedents, goals, objectives, regulations, and guidelines of Appropriation Law and Budget Execution. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing the following duties:1) Identifying, analyzing, and resolving a range of budgetary problems such as development of alternative methods of funding with the goal of presenting solutions to leadership; 2) Formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities; 3) Applying analytical reasoning, identification, and analysis for the conceptualization of executing problems and issues and developing or assisting in solutions; 4) Establishing, monitoring, and validating financial management commitments and obligations.
