Job Summary

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Business and Financial Office; Mine Warfare and Unmanned Operations Department or Expeditionary Warfare and Littoral Operations Department of NAVSURFWARFCTR PANAMA CITY DIVISION. If selected, you will serve as Lead Financial Analyst. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. NT-05 is equivalent to GS-13/14. This position is salary capped at GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000).

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing the financial resources for an organization. Examples of specialized experience may include: formulating, justifying, or analyzing budgets; exercising judgment to provide financial management advice to management or customers; conducting financial planning and control, accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis and reporting; creating, analyzing, or evaluating financial data or reports using business tools and applications; evaluating financial performance metrics to provide recommendations or solutions.
