Job Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Branch Manager) in the Corporate Enterprise Division (025), PEO Ships/SEA21/USC Seaport Service Branch (0251) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. ***Open to applicants at Current Organizational Code - 02, UIC 00164 (includes divisions, branches, sections.) This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and implementing contracting strategies, processes, and procedures to improve contract administration and maintain compliance with contract laws and regulations.
