Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Process and Engineering Group Division (Code 1512), in the Ship Maintenance Performance Group Division (Code 1510) of the Naval Shipyard Support Office (Code 1500) NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing activities with business process improvement products and IT's requirements to support shipyard operations. Experience applying knowledge of Advance Industrial Management-Next Generation (AIM-NG) processes and IT applications related to shipyard water processes and procedures. Experience applying knowledge of process re-engineering techniques (e.g.,Lean and Agile). Experience applying knowledge of many IT applications, including, but not limited to AIM, AIMXp, MRQT, PSS, Material Access Technology, Supervisor's Desk, COST, Performance Management and Control, Strategic Planning and Forecasting, and Quality Performance System.
