Job Summary

The Senior Program Analyst works in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Family Court Social Services Division (CSSD). CSSD oversees all youth involved in the District of Columbia’s juvenile justice system who are not committed to the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. The incumbent will provide leadership, technical assistance, and collaborative support in case flow management, caseload activity, performance measures and management, and training services.

Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree in business, Public Administration, or a related field, plus six (6) years of experience working in a general office, public service setting, or court environment including at least one (1) year of experience in a position requiring data collection, analysis and reporting; researching, analyzing, interpreting, or drafting policies, rules, and procedures. The incumbent should be an enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courts’ values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency. Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required.
