Job Summary
This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations, Executive Director, Senate Office Buildings, Tenant Services Division, Furniture Branch. The incumbent serves as the Supervisory Property Manager, responsible for leading and managing comprehensive logistics, supply chain, and asset management operations supporting over 250 Senate offices and facilities.

To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Candidates for the GS-13 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower (GS-12) grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates the following: Managing logistics or property operations, including inventory management, warehousing, or the distribution of equipment and supplies. Tracking and accounting for property in accordance with federal regulations and internal control policies. Assisting with procurement planning or performing post-award contract administration. Overseeing the day-to-day work of staff or leading project teams involved in supply chain or asset management functions.
