GS-09 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). This experience includes activities such as: tracking expenditures by proper accounts and type; providing information on salary calculations and employment ceilings for incorporation into budget planning, preparation, and execution; analyzing and evaluating changes in program plans and funding and their effect on the budget; and preparing financial reports consistent with regulations and guidelines.You must include hours per week worked. -OR- EDUCATION: Successful completion of at least Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.You must include transcripts. -OR- Successful completion of a combination of education and experience as described above. The total must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. You must include transcripts. To qualify for this position at the GS-11 grade level, you must possess at least one or all of the following minimum qualifications by close of the announcement: GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: At least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). This experience includes activities such as: monitoring status of funds or financial transactions for an organization; analyzing and reconciling budget and fiscal documents; assisting with or developing budget submissions; generating a variety of written documents, reports, etc., to communicate detailed financial information; and explaining, recommending or providing guidance on financial/budget regulatory or statutory requirements, policies, and procedures. You must include hours per week worked. -OR- EDUCATION: Successful completion of at least a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field of study that is directly related to the work of the position, which demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to do the work of this position. Directly related graduate study may include, but is not limited to: business administration, economics, accounting, finance, and/or public administration. You must include transcripts. -OR- Successful completion of a combination of education and experience as described above. The total must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
