Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1). Perform analytical studies to evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's security cooperation programs; 2). Identify data regarding the logistics of the organization's security cooperation and institutional capacity building to project futuristic lines of defense in support of the organizational mission; and 3). Enhance partner nation capabilities at all levels to meet organizational requirements. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
