Ability to Lead or Supervise - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. To meet the screen out element, applicants should document experience or show the ability to do the following: 1) skill in workforce planning 2) training and employee development, 3) administrative and employee management, and 4) operation of motor vehicles. Prioritize workload based off future deadlines, identifying training needs, and operating the full range of gasoline and diesel powered vehicles. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.
