This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

Job Description

You must have one year Specialized Experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private/military sector) giving the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position. Experience must be reflected in your resume. Specialized experience required for this position is: Reviewing and approving documentation for completeness and accuracy regarding travel eligibility and entitlements. Conducting audits of Defense Travel System (DTS) travel authorizations and vouchers to ensure compliance with the DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and other travel/Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) policies. Reviewing and reconciling GTCC's as an Agency Program Coordinator in the Citi card management system. Identifying and reporting system or travel-related problems/errors to the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) or appropriate personnel for resolution. Providing expert advice, guidance, and training to travelers on travel regulations, DTS program requirements, and GTCC program administration.
