Job Description

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors: Ability to Do the Work of the Position without More Than Normal Supervision (SCREEN OUT) Work Practices (Including Keeping Things Neat, Clean, and in Order) Dexterity and Safety Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (Other Than Blueprint Reading) Ability to Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment Your resume must clearly show that you are able to perform custodial services and motor vehicle operations with full supervision such as: Custodial work including: cleaning floors, washing walls and windows, cleaning and restocking restrooms, moving heavy furniture, supplies, and equipment in order to clean. Pick up litter, empty trash receptacles Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding, move heavy boxes, crates, or other obstacles. Operate and maintain heavy vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers. Determine appropriate products, tools and methods to use to complete task. Operate motor vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds to transport personnel, material or equipment. Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds without assistance If your knowledge and ability in the SCREEN OUT factor above is not sufficient, you will receive no further consideration.
