Job Summary

As a Service Center Director - Pacific Northwest Service Center, you will manage and direct a Service Center organization and promote the effective operation and management of all Federally controlled space and leased facilities within the Service Centers. Location of position: GSA-PBS-Office of Facilities Management (PM). We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $166,283 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized Experience: is directing, managing, and coordinating: facilities management, project management, and contract administration services. business strategies, plans, objectives, programs, and policies. quality customer service and support to a diverse customer base by assessing customer's needs and satisfaction of customer's expectations. financial and budget planning for a complex program. Such experience must include: developing and implementing policy and procedures, including analyzing and monitoring programs or policies; presenting complex issues and providing recommendations to senior leaders; and developing and maintaining systems of records and internal controls.
