Organizational Location: These positions are located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA). Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement will be adjusted to include locality payment for selected duty location. Job Description

You must demonstrate you meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements and the Typing Requirement as noted below. GS-09: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-08 level in the Federal service that includes the following: Tracking court dockets; Drafting memoranda such as motions and appeals; and Gathering data from a variety of databases for review or analysis. In addition to meeting experience requirements, applicants for these positions must show possession of the following skills: 40 words per minute based on a five-minute sample with three or fewer errors All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
