Organizational Location: This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Office of International Affairs, Attache Office in Mexico City, Mexico. Salary: The salary range indicated in this announcement will be adjusted to include locality payment for selected duty location. Job Description

Minimum Qualifications for GS-12: Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service, performing 3 or more of the following: Presenting data, reports, or recommendations to leadership; Developing budget plans and tracking/monitoring budget expenses or obligations; Planning and evaluating administrative programs; and Coordinating activities with internal or external stakeholders. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Qualification claims will be subject to verification. NOTE: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
