Job Description

Experience: You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Contributing to the development of Intelligence Enterprise strategic framework, goals, and objectives. Promoting standardized intelligence processes, information sharing, partnerships, and strategic external alliances; Establishing metrics to ensure actions are timely and reviewed at critical points to accomplish the division's missions; Initiating action to correct performance or addressing problems, effecting minor disciplinary measures such as warnings and reprimands, and recommending action in more serious disciplinary matters; Ensuring effective formulation and justification of budgets and funding requests, evaluating proposed justifications for major expenditures within the overall budget and allocation of funds; Ensuring critical, relevant, and timely intelligence on current and emerging threats is provided to support strategic, operational, and tactical level operations and supports mission through Intelligence briefings, products, and advice. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. You must: Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service) by 07/31/2026.
