The Office of Human Resources Management, Workforce Analytics and Technology Division is seeking an HR Information Systems Analyst to assist with HR information systems supporting ServiceNow HR applications, Business Objects, and National Finance Center data.

Job Description

ZA-II Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 level (ZA-I at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience providing advice and general guidance to supervisors and managers on employee relations, labor relations, reasonable accommodation, awards, and other related HR matters. OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related OR Equivalent combination of education and experience. ZA-III To qualify, applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level (or ZA-II at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience using a cloud based system such as Service Now to automate workflow and analyze data performing such tasks as creating reports and dashboards, gathering system requirements, writing user stories for system requirements, testing system requirements, or creating and delivering training and training materials. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
