Job Description

Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Managing complex facility construction projects from planning through completion, including procurement support, design coordination, construction oversight, budgets, schedules, and project goals. Overseeing contractor work, internal team activities, project milestones, deliverables, and corrective actions during facility or infrastructure project execution. Developing project plans that include scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder communications, and resource requirements. Tracking project performance using cost data, risk reviews, financial analysis, schedules, status reports, or other project measures, and reporting results to leadership or stakeholders. Resolving complex project issues and recommending process improvements to improve service delivery, reduce costs, shorten timelines, or improve project quality. Certification Requirement: The selectee must serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and obtain COR Level II certification within 18 months of onboarding. You must: Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process; and Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service) by 10/06/2026.
