Job Description
Experience: You qualify for the GS-15 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Providing guidance and leadership in carrying out program strategies ensuring policies and plans include a long-term outlook consistent with large facilities and infrastructure management portfolio. Directing studies requiring application of advanced analytical and statistical methods and techniques, leading studies and analysis teams, and authoring documents presenting recommended course of action tied to operational and/or business benefits Overseeing a diverse multi-billion-dollar facilities and infrastructure portfolio dependent on timely and effective planning, delivery, operation, and sustainment. Engaging in briefings to senior executive leaders and providing advisory support across high-profile policy matters. Performing program management, forecasting, scheduling, and managing resources management to resolve conflicts, work through constraints, and resolve challenges to include project cost, schedule, and scope requirements.
