Candidate must demonstrate EXPERIENCE MIXING ALCOHOLIC AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, beer and soda. Ability to apply simple arithmetic in calculating patron bills and making change. Ability to recognize intoxicated and unruly patrons. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
