A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated ability to perform the following duties: Plan, direct, and coordinate the overall administrative clerical and logistic support and services necessary for the internal operation of the division. Assure that accountability is maintained and recorded in accordance with appropriate regulatory guidelines. Establish and/or adhere to established internal control guidelines. Supervise and direct the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of equipment and supplies. Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with key command staff elements, MWR Specialists and supporting organizations. Supervise employees engaged in administrative support and related functions. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess experience administering tax relief programs for U.S. Personnel on Germany, including eligibility verification, form processing, policy interpretation, customer support, system use, and debt collection related to unpaid accounts. Possess at least 3 years of experience in Army Family and MWR programs involving customer service, cash handling, internal controls, reconciliation of financial records, reporting and recordkeeping Possess at least one year of supervisory experience in an administrative, financial, or customer service environment, including work oversight, staff guidance, and performance management.
