Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. One (1) year work experience directing/managing one or more Directorate of Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) Recreation Programs for a garrison, or similar civilian operation. 2. Willing to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually thereafter. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1. Work Experience directing/managing a Community Recreation Division at a Garrison, or similar civilian community, for at least one year. 2. Three (3) years of supervisory experience. 3. Demonstrates proficiency in understanding non-appropriated fund Operations to include NAF Major Construction and Capital Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC) Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager.
