Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Progressive work experience, which demonstrates an acquired knowledge of the theories, principals, practices and techniques of performing investigations and studies as described above. 2. Must have knowledge of double-entry accrual method of accounting demonstrated through work experience or education that reflects ability to perform audit assignments. 3. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. 4. Experience in word-processing, spreadsheet and database applications. 5. Must have experience in leading or working in a team. 6. Must possess good written and oral communication skills. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": 1. Three (3) years experience within Army Family & MWR financial management operations, demonstrating knowledge of NAF accounting systems, financial reporting and operation oversight of MWR activities. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.
