Job Description

1. One (1) year of work experience directing one or more recreation programs. This experience must have provided the knowledge of the goals, principles, methods, and techniques of recreation programs and an understanding of the interests of individuals or groups. 2. Possess a bachelor's degree in the program area managed OR experience that provided a knowledge of the goals, principles, methods and techniques of recreation and an understanding of the interests of individuals or groups Best Qualified Criteria: 1. Possess three (3) years of experience with standard NAF Management Information Systems (e.g., RecTrac, GPC, SNACS, FMBS, SMIRF, etc.). 2. One (1) year or more of directly related work experience that provided the applicant the ability, knowledge and skills to plan, organize, coordinate, execute, supervise and evaluate a recreational, sports and/or fitness program(s). 3. One (1) year or more work experience with Non-appropriated fund (NAF) annual operating budgets, financial statements, internal controls, Capital Purchase and Minor Construction (CPMC) budget, and NAF Major Construction (NAFMC) program.
