Job Description

1. Work experience that demonstrates proven ability and experience in sales, negotiations, account management, and client care. 2. Must be able to communicate orally and in writing, and have a working knowledge of the military and MWR community. 3. A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, business, or recreation is preferred. Best Qualified Criteria 1. A minimum of 3 years' experience at the Family and MWR Marketing Department or equivalent level of responsibility. 2. Two (2) years of Commercial Sponsorship & Advertising experience managing sales leads and the customer's acquisition process. 3. Skill in the use of automated software, databases, and graphic design (Adobe Suite) software. 4. Knowledge of research market methods and techniques to perform research analysis, develop surveys, evaluate and establish promotional strategies to identify customer needs Referral lists are based on the qualifications stated in the job announcement.
