Job Description

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must be able to communicate effectively in English (both verbally and in writing). Must have progressively responsible experience in data processing and customer service. Must have demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). The ability to use office automation equipment is required. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Preferred candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, experience in newspaper customer service and circulation information systems, familiarity with bookkeeping terminology, forms, methods and procedures.
