Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have been equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. IAW AR 215-3, paragraph 2-1, (1), (2), (3) and Appendix B. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": -Possess two (2) years of experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) marketing office, a DoD public affairs office or a similar private sector activity, with the ability to develop marketing strategies, sales campaigns, and plan and manage large special event marketing campaigns. -Possess one (1) year of experience managing various forms of social media (Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram) to engage customers. Applicant meeting the Best Qualifying Criteria/Highly Preferred will be referred to the hiring manager. All other qualified applicants will be referred if requested by the hiring manager.
